KAHLUA FRUIT DIP 
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. whipped cream
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. + 1 tbsp. Kahlua

Pour eggs, honey, orange juice and Kahlua into pan and cook over low heat. Stir constantly until mixture coats back of spoon. Fold into this whipped cream. Chill. Serve with sliced fresh fruit. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
