COUNTRY CREAMED EGGS ON TOAST 
1 dozen eggs
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk (about)
salt and pepper, to taste
buttered toast

Boil eggs. Put egg yolks into a separate bowl and mix up with fork or whisk until powdered. Dice egg whites into 1/4-inch cubes

In large saucepan melt butter and add flour. Cook for about one minute (important). Slowly add milk and whisk until you've reached the desired gravy-like consistency. Add egg whites. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Butter toast and pour on creamed eggs. Top with powdered yolk.
