TACORITA 
1 lb. ground meat
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can Cheddar cheese or nacho cheese soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin (I only use 1/4 tsp. cumin)
1 tsp. sage

Fix taco seasoning and meat according to package directions. Mix remaining ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes. Pour 1/3 soup mixture into meat. Roll into 12 small flour tortillas. Place into 13 x 9 pan. Pour remaining soup mixture over tacoritas.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Top with grated Cheddar cheese and bake for 5 minutes or until melted.
