BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
3 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. cottage cheese
3 beaten eggs
1 box frozen broccoli, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion

9 inch pie plate:
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs
1/2 box frozen broccoli, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion

Mix this together until dry ingredients until dry in greased pan. Melt two sticks of butter and pour over batter. (One stick for small size.) Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
