PERFECT PIE CRUST 
PART I:

3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt

PART II:

1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar
8 to 10 tbsp. ice water

PART I: Knife together with pastry cutter the ingredients.

PART II: Beat together ingredients.

Add Part II to Part I. Dough will be soft. Divide into 3 balls. Roll each out onto a floured surface. Yields: 3 pie crusts.
