1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 egg
1/2 c. butter, soft

Beat until crumbly. Reserve 2 cups. Press rest into 9 x 13 inch pan.

1 can coconut pecan frosting
8 oz. cream cheese, soft
2 eggs

Blend. Beat on high 1 minute. Put on crust. Sprinkle with remaining 2 cups on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until done.
