1 lb. stew beef
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water or wine
1 env. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
3-5 potatoes, quartered
3-5 carrots, sliced
3 med. white onions, sliced
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables

Stir all together in casserole with tight fitting lid or tightly covered with aluminum foil. Bake in 300 degree oven for 3 hours. Don't Peek!!
