EGG AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage meat, cooked & drained
4 slices white bread, trimmed & cubed
6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
8-10 eggs, seasoned
2 c. milk

Grease a 9 x 12 inch casserole dish. Arrange sausage on bottom of dish. Put the cubed bread over the sausage. Arrange the cheese over the bread. Beat eggs and season; add milk and blend. Pour egg mixture over the casserole. Cover. Place in the refrigerator overnight.

Next Day: Important! Place casserole in a cold oven set at 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes, uncovered.
