MICRO CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
3 whole chicken breasts, split, boned, skinned
3 slices Swiss cheese, cut in half
3 slices boiled ham, cut in half
2 tbsp. butter
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
Chopped parsley

Place chicken breasts, one at a time, between sheets of plastic wrap. Using the flat side of a meat mallet, pound to 1/4" thickness. Roll each cheese slice into each ham slice. Then roll these into chicken pieces. Hold together with toothpicks. Brown in skillet in butter. Stir in soup and milk into a 2 quart glass baking dish. Arrange chicken rolls in dish. Microwave on HI for 12 minutes. Garnish with parsley.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
