MICRO CHICKEN CORDON BLEU | |
3 whole chicken breasts, split, boned, skinned 3 slices Swiss cheese, cut in half 3 slices boiled ham, cut in half 2 tbsp. butter 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup 1/4 c. milk Chopped parsley Place chicken breasts, one at a time, between sheets of plastic wrap. Using the flat side of a meat mallet, pound to 1/4" thickness. Roll each cheese slice into each ham slice. Then roll these into chicken pieces. Hold together with toothpicks. Brown in skillet in butter. Stir in soup and milk into a 2 quart glass baking dish. Arrange chicken rolls in dish. Microwave on HI for 12 minutes. Garnish with parsley. |
