MINT BROWNIES 
Betty Crocker brownie mix
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 egg
1 lb. Andes mints

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan; bottom only. Mix batter, water, oil and egg in large bowl by hand (about 50 strokes). Next pour batter into pan. Bake 20-30 minutes. Right after you take the brownies out of the oven, put mints on. Let cool for 1 hour.
