1 c. Karo syrup
1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts
6 c. Crispix

Heat Karo syrup and sugar in microwave 30 seconds; stir. Heat 3 1/2 minutes more then add peanut butter. Stir in peanuts and Crispix. Spread onto large greased cookie sheet. Cool and cut into bars.
