STUFFED SHELLS 
Brown:

1 lb. ground beef, drain fat

Combine:

1 pkg. Sloppy Joe seasoning mix
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/4 c. water

Stir 1/2 the sauce into the meat.

Cook:

8 manicotti shells as directed

Pour enough sauce in shallow baking dish to cover the bottom. Fill shells with meat; put in baking dish. Top with sauce and 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
