THE MAITLAND BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. ketchup
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Lightly soften onion, celery, and butter in skillet. Add rest of ingredients. Cook until thick. Pour over cooked chicken wings or double and pour over turkey wings that have been cooked fork tender. Put in oven until wings are well coated. NOTE: If you don't want the taste of pineapple, use 1/2 cup water.
