GRAMMY'S VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1 can white corn, drained 1 can sm. green peas, drained 1 can French green beans, drained 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. chopped onion 1 c. green pepper, chopped 1 jar chopped pimento 3/4 c. vinegar 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. salad oil 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. water Combine corn, green peas, green beans, celery, onion, green pepper and pimento. Bring to a boil the rest of the ingredients. Cool. Then mix with the drained vegetables. Let stand overnight. Keeps several weeks in the refrigerator. This is a great dish to serve! Makes 10 servings. |
