FRENCH TOAST AND STRAWBERRY
BUTTER
 
1/8 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. strawberries
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
Blender
Spatula
Pie tin
Frying pan
1 cube soft butter
4-6 slices bread

1. Blend strawberries, powdered sugar and half the butter.

2. Break eggs in pie tin, add milk, cinnamon, blend with fork.

3. Melt butter or grill over medium heat.

4. Dip bread slices in butter.

5. Cook until golden on both sides.

6. Serve with syrup, strawberry butter.
