STIR FRY 
1 c. browned hamburger or turkey
1 med. sliced onion
2 sliced carrots
2 sliced celery sticks
1 sm. shredded cabbage
Garlic to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
Soy sauce

Saute hamburger and onions in wok. Add veggies, small amount water and soy sauce. Simmer until veggies are tender. Serve with fried rice.
