TOMATO PUDDING 
10 oz. tomato puree
1/4 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. fresh white bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

Place in a saucepan tomato puree, rinse can with 1/4 cup boiling water and add it to the puree. Heat these ingredients to the boiling point and add 1/4 teaspoon salt and brown sugar.

Place in a baking dish 1 cup fresh white bread crumbs. Pour over them 1/4 cup melted butter. Add the tomato mixture and cover dish closely. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Do not remove cover until ready to serve.
