Put all ingredients in heavy saucepan and cook until it thickens up. Add 2 tablespoons butter to mixture. Let melt and stir.

Beat egg, cornstarch, mustard, and sugar until creamy. Add to cold vinegar and stir. Boil slowly until thick, stirring constantly.

Beat eggs with sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Boil until thick.

Make dressing in advance and store for future use! Also great on macaroni, egg or tuna salad.

Mix and add enough Miracle Whip to make 1 quart. Keep refrigerated. Use to make potato salad, cole slaw, etc.



Mix and refrigerate. Enough for 10 pounds potatoes.
