To dry mixture add clams and liquid, plus 1 beaten eggs. Drop into deep fat by the heaping tablespoons. Fry until golden brown.

Mix flour, pepper and baking ... bowl. Stir in clams. Whip the 4 eggs. ... flour mixture. Cook in fry pan over medium heat as would cook an omelet.

Reserve 3/4 cup clam juice - if not enough ... tablespoon full into hot oil. Cook until golden brown (about 8 minutes). Drain, serve hot. Serves 6.

Sift flour, baking powder, salt, ... nutmeg together. Add clam nectar, eggs, milk and beat ... Drain. Serve with lemon wedges. Makes 4 servings.

Mix all together and fry in deep fat.
