VENUS DE MILO SOUP 
1/2 to 1 lb. hamburg
2 qts. water
1 sm. can tomatoes (opt.)
1 (8 oz.) can Hunts sauce
3 stalks celery, cut up
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1/2 c. orzo or 1/4 c. sm. pasta

Brown hamburg. Add water, tomato sauce, celery, bouillon cubes, onion soup and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add vegetables and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1/2 hour. Add pasta and cook until pasta is tender.
