SOUTHERN PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. milk
1 (9 oz.) container frozen whipped topping
1 (9 inch) baked pastry shell
1/4 c. peanuts, chopped

Whip cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter. Slowly add milk, blending thoroughly. Fold in topping. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Freeze and serve frozen. Yield: 6 servings.
