BLUEGILL PARMESAN 
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. bluegill fillets

Place butter in a shallow dish. In another dish, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Dip fillets in butter, then coat with crumb mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, uncovered, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
