MARSHMALLOW DELIGHT 
40 lg. marshmallows
1 c. milk
1 (about 15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Graham cracker or vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 c. maraschino cherries, cut in 1/4's
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. cream, whipped or 1 env. Dream Whip or 2 c. Cool Whip

Dissolve marshmallows in milk in top of double boiler until dissolved, melted. Set aside to cool. Whip cream. Roll crackers and put in pan, about 7x9 inches. Save a few for top. Add drained pineapple, cherries, and nuts to cooled marshmallow mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon onto crumbs and top with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate for several hours.
