ICE CREAM BARS 
6 graham cracker squares, crumbled
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 squares melted unsweetened chocolate
3 eggs, separated
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add melted chocolate, egg yolks and vanilla. Beat egg whites and salt. Fold whites into chocolate mixture in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Cut ice cream in quarters lengthwise and place on mixture in pan. Spread remaining chocolate on ice cream and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Freeze solid.
