PEACH CRUMB PIE 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. corn syrup (light)
1 lb. peeled peaches, sliced
1 lb. nectarines, sliced
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Toss fruits with cornstarch, ginger, corn syrup mixture. Place in unbaked pie shell. Top with crumbs made from flour, brown sugar, butter and nuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
