CHICKEN PICCATA 
4 chicken breast halves, skinned & boned
1 egg
3 tbsp. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
1/4 c. flour, unsifted
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. butter
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon or 2 chicken flavor bouillon cubes
1/2 c. boiling water

Beat egg with 1 tablespoon of the ReaLemon. Combine flour, garlic powder and paprika. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in flour mixture. In skillet, brown chicken in butter. Dissolve bouillon in water; add with ReaLemon to skillet. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
