GOOD AND EASY CHESS PIE | |
1 lemon, cut in 1/8's, seeds removed 1 stick soft butter 4 eggs 2 c. sugar Pinch salt Put in blender in order given above. Blend THOROUGHLY (liquify). Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees - or 15 minutes for medium-sized tarts. Makes two 9 inch pies or 15 medium sized tarts. |
