CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
3 or 4 chicken breasts, cooked and boned
1 head cabbage, chopped
4 green onions, chopped (optional)
4 tbsp. diced almonds (optional; water chestnuts may be substituted)
2 pkg. Top Ramen noodles, crushed

Cut chicken into pieces; mix together with cabbage, onions, almonds, Top Ramen noodles and seasoning packet (from noodles). Mix dressing and pour over salad mixture; toss to coat all well. Let set at least 2 hours, stirring once or twice to coat well.

Dressing:

4 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. wine vinegar
3/4 to 1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Accent

Enjoy.
