BISCUIT BUTTER DIPS 
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
Sprinkle of salt
2/3 c. milk

425 degree oven - 8 x 8 glass pan

Melt 1/4 cup butter in 8 x 8 pan while mixing dough.

Mix all ingredients together. Scrape out on floured counter. Knead 10 to 15 times. Flatten out to 1/2 inch; cut into strips approximately 1 x 3 inches.

Roll strips in melted butter in pan, coating all sides.

Bake 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.

(Also works well with whole wheat flour.)
