CARAMEL ICING 
1/2 c. sugar (caramelized in cast iron skillet)
2 c. sugar
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Caramelize sugar while bringing rest of ingredients to a boil. Pour brown sugar into rest of mixture. Boil for about 2 minutes or until forms soft ball stage. Take off stove and stir until ready to spread on cake.
