CRUST:

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 stick melted butter

Line 8 inch greased spring pan with above mixture.

CAKE:

2 lg. pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream
Pinch of salt
3 eggs

(I like Philadelphia; Breakstone). Beat cake mixture well and pour into lined pan. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Turn off. Leave in oven one hour. Cool 1/2 hour. Refrigerate. Top with blueberry or cherry pie filling, strawberries, etc.
