VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can green beans, drained
1 can peas, drained
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 small jar pimientos
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
5 ribs celery, chopped

Mix together. Pour dressing over vegetables and let stand in refrigerator for several hours.

Dressing:

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. canola oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Italian salad dressing

Mix together first 5 ingredients and bring to boil; let cool. Add 2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing.
