1 round steak or beef stew meat, cubed
Sliced bell pepper
Sm. amt. of oil
1 pkg. meat marinade
1 can mushrooms, drained
Sliced onions
Fresh tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste

Prepare marinade as directed. Marinate meat 15 minutes or longer. Brown meat in small amount of oil. Add marinade sauce and simmer. When meat is tender add mushrooms, bell peppers and onions. Cook about 2 minutes. Add fresh quartered tomatoes and continue cooking only until tomatoes are heated. Salt and pepper to taste.
