LIME-GARLIC SHISHKABOB SAUCE 
1 stick butter
10 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
3 fresh limes, juiced

Melt butter in saucepan. Over low heat add garlic and gently simmer for 5 minutes. Add lime juice, stir and remove from heat. Strain to remove garlic pulp.

Brush generously on seafood, veggies and chicken as they cook on skewers over hot coals. Brush on sauce again each time you turn kabobs. Simple and so delicious!
