CLARK BAR COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 lb. jar crunchy peanut butter
2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 lb. box crushed graham crackers
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips, melted

Mix first 4 ingredients with your hands until very thoroughly mixed. Roll into balls of desired shapes. Dip into the melted chocolate with tongs. Keep fluid for dipping by setting into a pan of hot water. Let set after dipping. Can be refrigerated or frozen. Enjoy!
