QUICK BEAN SOUP 
1 lg. can Northern beans, approximately 2 1/2 lb.
3 sticks celery, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
2 c. tomato juice
2 c. chopped ham
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. water
1 sm. onion, chopped

Combine celery, carrots, onions, 2 cups of tomato juice, 1 cup water, beans, pepper, and ham. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
