THE BEST CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
2 reg. cans cream soup (chicken, celery, mushroom)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast quarters
2 stalks fresh broccoli OR 2 lbs. frozen broccoli
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Use a 13x9 inch baking pan. You might want to grease sides lightly with butter or cooking spray.

Cut broccoli into flowerets and layer on bottom of pan. Slice chicken breasts into 1 inch strips and layer on top of broccoli.

In separate bowl, empty soup. Fill cans with grated cheese, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Cover pan with foil and place in oven. After 45 minutes remove foil and bake for 15 minutes more. Serve with baked potatoes.
