PESACH COOKIES 
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 sticks butter
3 env. vanilla sugar
1 pkg. (12 oz.) ground walnuts
1 pkg. (12 oz.) ground filberts
2 c. potato starch
12 oz. chocolate chips, parve

Cream eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add nuts and starch. Mix with spoon. Add chocolate chips. Refrigerate for a few hours. Drop mixture by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet. Freeze for 10 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool for 1 minute. Remove from sheet and serve.
