YELLOW SQUASH RELISH 
8 c. squash
3 c. onions
4 bell peppers
1/4 c. salt

Cut up squash, onions and peppers into small bits. Sprinkle mixture with salt and let set 1 hour. 2 c. vinegar 1 tsp. celery seed 1 tsp. mustard seed

Bring mixture to hard boil. Pack squash mixture in jars. Pour liquid mixture in jars and seal. Boil in a hot water bath for 5 minutes.
