CUSTARD RICE PUDDING | |
3 eggs 1/4 c. melted butter 1/2 c. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt (dash) Nutmeg 3 c. scalded milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. boiled rice In casserole or meat loaf pan, put melted butter. Add sugar. Blend. Add salt, slightly beaten eggs, vanilla, milk; stir. Add rice, sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Test to see if knife comes out clean. |
