1 (12 oz.) bag peanut butter chips
1 stick of butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) box Rice Chex
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar

Melt over low heat, chips, butter and peanut butter. Pour melted mixture slowly over Chex, coat well. Pour confectioners' sugar in bag. Add Chex (little at a time) shake until well coated.
