AMBROSIA SALAD 
1 lg. frozen Cool Whip
1 lb. pineapple cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) pineapple or orange gelatin
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 sm. jars cherries
Nuts, chopped

Drain juices and cut oranges and cherries in half. Mix Cool Whip and cottage cheese together. Add all the fruits and nuts, mix well. Now add the gelatin, mix well and chill at least four hours before serving.
