GRANDMA GRACE'S PUMPKIN PIE 
3 c. pumpkin
1 3/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
3 1/2 c. milk
5 eggs, beaten slightly
1 1/2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice

Mix together pumpkin, sugar, salt and pie spice. Add eggs, stir well. Add the milk, mix well.

Pour into prepared pie shell and sprinkle top of custard with cinnamon. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for additional 45 minutes.
