FLAN 
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 can Carnation milk
3 tbsp. vanilla

Separate egg yolks from whites. Place in two separate bowls. In blender mix egg yolks, sugar and vanilla. Blend for approximately 5 minutes. Add egg whites, Carnation milk and 1 tablespoon vanilla. Blend in blender 8 minutes longer.

In pie plate spread syrup 1/4 inch thick and around sides of plate. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for approximately 1 hour. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
