SAUCE FOR CHRISTMAS PUDDING 
2 eggs, separated
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter, cooled
1 pt. whipped cream
Vanilla to taste

In small bowl, mix egg yolks, sugar and cooled butter. In medium bowl beat egg whites until stiff. In large bowl, whip cream. Add butter and egg mixture. Fold in egg whites. Add vanilla. Chill until ready to serve. Stir and serve over slices of warm pudding.
