BUTTERSCOTCH BANANA BREAD 
3 1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
2 c. ripe mashed bananas (4-6 med.)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
2 2/3 c. pecans, chopped
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

In a small bowl combine flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; set aside. In large bowl combine bananas, sugar, eggs and butter; beat until creamy. Gradually add flour mixture alternately with milk; mix until well blended.

Stir in 2 cups pecans and butterscotch chips. Pour batter into 2 greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pans. Sprinkle tops with remaining 2/3 cup pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pans.
