PRAIRIE CORN CHOWDER 
1 c. diced potato
3/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced onion or 1 tbsp. dried onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream style corn
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 c. diced pimiento
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 qt. milk
3/4 c. finely diced ham
1/2 c. shredded American cheese

Cook potato, celery and onion in small amount of water until tender. Add soup and mix well. Add all other ingredients except cheese. Mix and simmer for 20 minutes. Top each bowl of soup with shredded cheese. 6 servings.
