ORANGEY CHICKEN | |
2 chicken breasts, boned and skinned 1 can orange-flavored diet soda 1 c. diced celery 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1 sm. onion, sliced into rings Garlic powder Pepper Parsley flakes Place chicken in 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Cover with diet soda. Spread celery, green pepper and onion over the chicken. Sprinkle with garlic powder, pepper and parsley flakes to taste. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Uncover and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. |
