GRILLED CHEESE WITH QUATRO
FORMAGGI
 
2 tbsp. unsalted butter (room temperature)
2 thick slices firm white bread
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 oz. Provolone, sliced
1 oz. Mozzarella, sliced
1 oz. Fontina, sliced
1/2 oz. Gorgonzola, crumbled

Spread 1/2 the butter on 1 side of each slice of bread. Sprinkle each buttered side with garlic powder. Layer the 4 cheeses between the unbuttered sides of the bread.

Grill the sandwich in a skillet over medium heat until both sides are golden brown. Serve immediately. Enough for 1 sandwich.
