LASAGNA 
6 cooked lasagna noodles
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (24 oz.) carton cottage cheese
8-12 oz. shredded or sliced Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
Pepper to taste
1 lb. ground beef or turkey, browned

In a 9 x 13 inch mirowavable pan, spread the 8 ounces tomato sauce on the bottom. Lay on that 3 noodles. Mix the eggs, cottage cheese and pepper together. Spread half the cottage cheese mixture on the noodles. Layer on the ground beef or turkey, half the cheese and then half the spaghetti sauce.

Layer the remaining noodles, cottage cheese mixture, Mozzarella cheese and spaghetti sauce. Add 1/2 cup water to the spaghetti sauce jar, swish and pour around outside edges of pan. Microwave on high 15 minutes, covered with wax paper. Microwave at 50% power for 30 minutes more.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
